What it Does?

• Review Tests are performed to cover the Testcases which can not be covered with functional tests in L2R, L2D.

  • The Review test involve analyzing the L3/L4 Requirements & taking the results from corresponding L3 / L4 Testcases.

  • The testing involves test engineer to login to DOORS and parse through the requirement & Testcase linkages and find the related Test results.

  • This involves manual efforts on IBM Doors. Typically, a full Review Test involve 2 Weeks of effort for 3 Engineers.

  • The tool is found to be more efficient when compared to the manual execution.

  • This automation completes the testing in 5 hours.

  • Technologies Used: DXL Scripting, Python

Output

• The Tool directly replaces 3 Test Engineers.

• Because of the usage of AI (Github Copilot), the tool was developed at 3X Speed.

• The tool reduces the overall System Test cost by 12% and System Integration Test Cost by 25%.

I tried to solve this problem 2 years back, but found it's not viable.

But found a work around now, and was developed within 1 Month.
